Mike Kinley brings experience, skills to support advisers
Loan Market NZ, part of the NZ Financial Services Group, has announced the appointment of Mike Kinley (pictured above) as its new national relationship manager.
Kinley brings extensive experience from his previous role as business development manager at Bluestone Home Loans, a former Loan Market business partner.
Kinley expressed excitement about taking on this role, focusing on strengthening relationships within the Loan Market network.
“I’ve always admired the Loan Market brand and the culture they have, their family culture I have hugely respected,” he said.
Driving adviser support and business growth
Kinley’s role will focus on supporting Loan Market business owners and their teams, helping them leverage tools such as the new Deal Board feature in MyCRM. This tool aims to enhance loan organisation, productivity, and efficiency.
He will also lead Kaizen Workshops, designed to refine business processes and improve customer experiences across the network.
Speaking about his new position, Kinley emphasised his passion for the finance industry and his commitment to supporting clients.
“Everyone is always happy to help one another to succeed and never afraid to see another adviser grow,” he said. “I’m thrilled to be working with the group and continuing their strong brand, and to be a part of their growth.”
Strengthening leadership under Nicole Ferguson
Kinley’s addition marks the fifth new appointment under national director Nicole Ferguson, who took on her role in May. Ferguson has prioritised building a dedicated team to elevate support within the network, aligning with Loan Market’s goal of becoming the most recognised and trusted consumer finance brand.
