List celebrates remarkable achievements of women shaping the NZ mortgage landscape
In time for International Women’s Day, NZ Adviser (NZA) has revealed its Elite Women of 2024, spotlighting some of the leading names within the mortgage sector.
The report highlights individuals who are shaping the future with an emphasis on diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that women from various backgrounds find their place in the industry.
How did NZ Adviser identify this year’s Elite Women?
For the selection of the Elite Women 2024, NZA reached out to mortgage professionals nationwide, asking for nominations for outstanding female leaders. Eligible nominees were those in roles significantly influencing or contributing to the mortgage industry, with a notable passion for their profession.
The nomination process required participants to detail their nominee’s professional successes within the last year, along with any innovative initiatives or significant contributions to the sector.
Following an exhaustive evaluation of the nominations, the NZA team identified 39 women whose achievements and contributions have left a significant impact on the industry.
