After spending almost 20 years in automotive sales management and financing, Kristina Heath found herself ready for a change. In 2003, she joined the Performance Mortgage team and, thanks to her passion for great customer service and drive for excellence, quickly became a top producer. She became a part owner in 2009 and has been instrumental in growing the business, which went from around 265 closed loans in 2009 to more than 780 in 2017. In 2013, Heath and a partner joined forces to form the Your Expert Mortgage Team, which has grown to encompass eight mortgage professionals with the same goals and philosophy: “to enhance our clients’ home-buying experience by delivering outstanding in every facet of the loan process” and “loving what we do, who we do it for and who we do it with.”
A dynamic business leader and mentor, Heath is a member of the Business and Professional Women of Ohio and a founding member of the Richmond Independent Networking Group, which helps connect business professionals in the Richmond, Indiana, area. She also recently joined the board of trustees for Main Street Greenville, an organization that promotes the historic preservation and economic development of downtown Greenville, Ohio.
