Acre and Smoove to launch Scottish conveyancing panel

Acre brokers and clients will gain access to specialist conveyancers familiar with Scotland's legal landscape

Acre and Smoove to launch Scottish conveyancing panel

Mortgage intermediary platform Acre is expanding its conveyancing partnerships with the launch of a Scottish conveyancing panel in collaboration with eConveyancer, a service powered by marketing automation platform Smoove.

The partnership is expected to provide Acre brokers and their clients with access to specialist conveyancers who are well-versed in Scotland’s legal landscape, supported by advanced technology and services.

Through the integration, Acre brokers can obtain all-in conveyancing quotes with a single click. Acre’s pre-validated client data also helps identify potential issues early, reducing the risk of transaction failures and facilitating a smoother conveyancing process. In addition, eConveyancer’s integration allows for complete transparency, providing brokers and homeowners with live case updates and commission reconciliation within Acre’s accounting system.

“Our user growth across the UK has been phenomenal this past year, particularly north of the border,” said Reuben Thompson (pictured left), vice president of product innovation at Acre. “As a result, we felt now is the time to bring onboard a strong legal partner who understands the Scottish landscape our brokers and their clients operate within.

“eConveyancer excels at this and, at the same time, knows how to make the best of digital technology to transform the home buying and ownership process. We are thrilled to have them join us as a conveyancing partner.”

Justine Gainer (pictured right), head of new business and strategic partnerships at Smoove, lauded Acre’s role in delivering innovative technologies that enhance brokers’ efficiency.

“Together, we have identified the absolute best in Scottish conveyancing, so that instructions can be easily transferred to trusted conveyancers, with vetted information, fed by Acre’s best-in-class data capture processes.”
