Brokers gain greater access to the society's mortgage products
Technology provider Mortgage Brain has added The Cumberland Building Society into its Sourcing Brain and Criteria Brain platforms, providing brokers access to the range of mortgage products offered by the mutual.
The Cumberland specialises in providing holiday let mortgages across the UK. Additionally, it extends residential lending services to brokers within its core operating regions of Cumbria, Southwest Scotland, North Lancashire, and West Northumberland.
As a result of the partnership, Mortgage Brain’s Sourcing Brain platform will now feature home mover, first-time buyer, and remortgage residential product ranges. Brokers can access The Cumberland Building Society’s product criteria through the Criteria Brain platform.
We’ve strengthened our Sourcing Brain and Criteria Brain platforms by welcoming the UK’s 10th largest lender, @CumberlandBS . Their residential products include Home Mover, First Time Buyer, and Remortgage.
