Specialist lender Black & White Bridging has appointed Bret Jackson (pictured) as marketing and communications manager.
Jackson has over 20 years of industry experience and has held senior roles with L&G, SimplyBiz, Finance 4 Business, and most recently Flying Colours, a national independent financial adviser and fund management group.
Damien Druce, commercial director at Black & White Bridging, said they are delighted that Jackson has agreed to join the company.
“Bret is the first important strategic appointment for the business in 2023,” Druce shared. “While he is an experienced marketing professional, he also possesses other skillsets required for our continued growth and will be a valued member of the management team.”
Commenting on his appointment, Jackson remarked that he has always retained an interest in the specialist finance sector and how it has developed into a professional service within the industry.
“I have known Damien and the board of Black & White for a few years now, so when they approached me about the opportunity, it felt the right time to join,” he said.
Black & White Bridging, launched as Bath & West in April 2021, specialises in short term lending. In April 2021, Druce joined the team and led the evolution of the new brand. The lender completed its 200th loan in September 2021.
