The Association of Short Terms Lenders has a new associate member in CG Recovery, which offers business recovery and turnaround advice.
The ASTL’s member count is now up to 34 with 24 associate members.
Benson Hersch (pictured), chief executive of the ASTL said: “The growing diversity of the membership allows us to promote and protect the interests of our members while making sure the highest standards are achieved.
“CG Recovery adheres to the same standards that the association operates by and, by putting forward its new ideas, knowledge and experience, I am sure it will make a valuable contribution to the ASTL.”
CG Recovery offers insolvency advice on a range of issues including business recovery, wrongful trading, cash flow problems, insolvent and solvent liquidation and HMRC arrears. It also deals in receivership, restructuring and members’ voluntary liquidation; a way of closing a company that is still solvent.
Edward Gee, its director, said: “The ASTL has a strong and growing reputation in the sector and we are pleased to say we have joined as an associate member.
“We now look forward to building valuable, working relationships with an array of members and associate members, and sharing our ideas and market knowledge with them.”
Last week Shawbrook Bank joined the ASTL, while CG Recovery is the second associate member to join this year.
