Burke has 10 years’ experience within financial services and joins Dragonfly from Investec where she worked as a portfolio manager on the structured property finance team.
Phillips joins from Barclays, where he worked as a relationship director in SME real estate, managing a portfolio of clients and generating new business, both residential and commercial.
Kuzmis has 13 years’ financial services experience, largely gained when working for Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank as a senior account relationship manager.
Kuzmis’ role as credit manager will involve underwriting and completing on development finance transactions. Burke and Phillips will provide support in loan origination, structuring and broader relationship management.
