Kuflink Bridging’s new head office in Gravesend has been officially opened by Treasury Minister Stephen Hammond and local MP Adam Holloway with over 60 guests in attendance.
Kuflink Bridging which recently became fully regulated for bridging and buy-to-let business, has also set up its own peer-to-peer platform and the group will conduct all its business from the new offices.
Tarlochan Singh Garcha, CEO at Kuflink Bridging, said: “We were delighted to welcome friends and business partners to witness the formal opening of our new offices.
"2016 has been a landmark year for us. We have achieved full authorisation, launched our peer-to-peer proposition and the opening of the new offices caps a great year. It is the culmination of a huge amount of hard work by the whole Kuflink team and we are now well set for 2017 to build on the considerable success we have enjoyed in the past few years.
"The bridging market continues to provide valuable liquidity to the commercial and residential property markets and we look forward to working with new introducers and their clients, as well as strengthening ties with our existing broker partners.”
