Octane Capital has hired Matthew Bird as director of commercial real estate finance.
Bird has joined from Legal & General Investment Management and before that he worked at real estate fund management fund manager Frogmore in a 20 year career within commercial property.

Bird is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, board member of the Investment Property Forum and founding member of the IPF Proptech board.
