Specialist bridging and development lender, Oblix Capital, has appointed Richard Payne as its director of development.
With over 35 years’ experience in real estate development, he joins Oblix Capital from Bank of London and the Middle-East (BLME) where he most recently held the head of real estate finance role.
Payne has also held director roles at Deutsche Bank, Turner & Townsend and Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander.
