Maria Curatolo is appointed to the position of underwriting case manager. Reporting to Omni Capital’s head of underwriting, Ed McAra, she is responsible for the efficient preparation and management of pending loan applications.
Curatolo was previously with Barclays Wealth International where she worked in the international mortgage division. Prior to that, she held senior underwriting positions at lender Abbey for Intermediaries.
Nicky Pack joins Omni Capital as senior office administrator. Her dual responsibilities in this newly-created role comprise hands-on support for the lender’s broker-facing sales team and all aspects of post-completion portfolio management.
Pack joins the company from City-based Octopus Investments. Beginning her career at a mortgage brokerage she has over ten years’ experience in financial services as a senior underwriter with lenders igroup, GE Money Home Lending and Money Partners.
Angela Bowder is appointed to the new infrastructure role of finance officer in which she has key responsibility for the smooth management of the company’s internal accounting and finance systems, including payment of intermediary commissions and fees.
A finance specialist by training and experience Bowder has held a range of accounting positions at a variety of organisations – from utilities and health practices, to privately-owned commercial businesses.
