Members can now access the lender's range of products, including bespoke bridging loans
Paradigm Mortgage Services has announced the addition of specialist bridging lender Scottish Bridging Loans to its lender panel.
Paradigm members can now access Scottish Bridging Loans’ range of products, which include bespoke bridging loans.

Scottish Bridging Loans, launched in January 2023, provides coverage across Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands, with no postcode restrictions. The lender specialises in first charge and second charge bridging loans for up to 12 months against residential and commercial assets. It also offers second charge bridging loans against residential security for business purposes.
Loan amounts range from £30,000 to £1 million, with loans available up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) and rates starting from 1% per month. Second charge loans are also available up to 75% LTV for a maximum term of 12 months, with indicative terms often issued within the hour.
The lender caters to various financial needs, including financing for residential and commercial properties, land with planning, purchases, light refurbishments, development exits, and buy-to-let investments.
Paradigm Mortgage Services recently won Distributor of the Year at the 2024 Scottish Mortgage Awards.
