In his new role Holt will continue to work with Strategic Partner accounts as well as the bank’s broker partners.
Before joining Shawbrook Holt was a commercial relationship manager with HSBC for 27 years, the last seven of which were based at the bank’s Canary Wharf HQ.
Holt said: “I have really enjoyed getting to know Shawbrook’s highly professional broker panel and I have seen first-hand our team’s eagerness to lend in a sustainable manner.
“My new role will enable me to add further support to our broker partners and I look forward to the associated challenges.”
