Bovingdon joins the team having spent eight years at RBS, most recently in a business development and relationship management role within the Real Estate Finance team. Whilst at RBS he managed a multi-million pound portfolio of residential and commercial clients.

Brigly joins from One Savings Bank where he was head of commercial lending. There he also played an integral part in the preparations for the JC Flower investment.
During his 25 years in the industry Steve has also gained considerable experience of specialist property lending working at the Belgian KBC Bank and Close Brothers Property Finance.
Brigly said: “I really love to go out and meet customers on site, put deals together and provide a really personal service.
“That’s something United Trust Bank has built its reputation on, so when the opportunity came along to join the team, I jumped at the chance.”
