It has a new logo and website design that reflect a more modern image
Buy-to-let specialist lender Fleet Mortgages has implemented a rebrand to mark the beginning of its second decade in operation.
The overhaul encompasses a new logo and website design, aiming to project a more contemporary image. This update extends across the company’s marketing materials, as well as its product and loan documentation.
Established in 2014, Fleet Mortgages said it decided to rebrand to mirror its growth and expanding relationship with Starling Bank, its parent company.
The introduction of a fresh logo is complemented by a new motto, “Everything starts with a good conversation,” highlighting the firm’s commitment to direct engagement with advisers and showcasing the expertise of its staff, including senior and internal business development managers (BDMs) and its underwriting team.
Specialising in buy-to-let mortgages, Fleet Mortgages offers a suite of products tailored for landlords through advisers, covering standard mortgages, limited company mortgages, and house in multiple occupation (HMO) or multi-unit block (MUB) mortgages.
Recently, the lender unveiled new five-year fixed rate mortgage products without completion fees, available for standard and limited company borrowers at a rate of 5.59%, and for HMO or MUB borrowers at 5.93%.
“Today we’re able to launch our rebrand to market, with a new logo, new materials and documentation, and a new website,” said Steve Cox (pictured), chief commercial officer at Fleet Mortgages. “We think this is a much more modern image, which is important, not just in terms of reflecting our growth – we have doubled in size in terms of both people and business levels – but clearly in terms of our new ownership, our relationship with Starling Bank, and what we all intend to achieve with Fleet in the years to come.
“Where once we were something of a ‘scrappy’ startup, we are now very close to our 10th anniversary and are moving into the next stage of our development. We have undergone something of a transformation during that period, and we feel this rebrand shows who Fleet is now, and who we will continue to be in the future.”
