Keystone Property Finance has launched an online chat feature aimed at providing brokers with extra support when handling new client cases.
The chat feature will be available for new case enquiries only, and will be monitored and maintained by Keystone’s business development managers (BDMs).
The web chat will also have extended hours - from 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 6:00pm on Fridays - to allow more flexibility for brokers who are looking to place complex buy-to-let cases.
This is part of a wider package of measures that have been put in place by the specialist buy-to-let lender to ensure brokers are supported throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
This includes offering video calls for brokers and their local BDMs that supplement Keystone Property Finance's telephone, email and chat services.
