The app enables landlords to manage and track their portfolio’s data, as well increase their understanding of their finance needs.
Lendlord provides landlords with a secure place in the cloud in which they can place all of the information they need to manage their investments.
The app, like the desktop version, helps landlords to manage their tenants and tenancies, track their monthly income and expenses, understand their financing options and to evaluate and analyse potential new property acquisitions.
The Android app has already been released several months ago and is available on the Google Play store.
