Pepper Homeloans has hired Jeff Knight as head of marketing from Castle Trust.
Knight, who will start at the residential and buy-to-let lender in January, has 20 years’ experience in financial services having also been director of marketing at GMAC-RFC.
At specialist lender Castle Trust Knight is director of propositions.
