MPowered unveils new branding and broker support initiative

Digital lender MPowered Mortgages has unveiled a full rebrand, including a new logo, updated website, and the introduction of the slogan “Home of the One Day Mortgage.”

The refreshed identity aligns with the lender’s focus on accelerating mortgage approvals and enhancing the overall experience for brokers and borrowers. According to the firm, 96% of its mortgage decisions are now completed within 24 hours.

As part of the rebrand, MPowered has also introduced MPowered Max, a new broker-facing support and sales initiative aimed at streamlining communication and increasing efficiency. The service allows intermediaries to arrange face-to-face meetings, book platform demonstrations, and access broader support options via the new website. This marks a shift from the previous reliance on phone, live chat, or email.

The MPowered Max team, which became operational last week, is positioned to assist brokers in reducing application packaging times and growing their client base. Tools such as instant decision technology, automation features, and end-to-end assistance are part of the offering.

Earlier this year, the lender launched a voice-driven digital assistant designed to help brokers receive immediate responses to lending criteria queries. The system, comparable to smart assistants like Siri or Alexa, provides information over a dedicated phone line, removing the need to speak to a human agent.

“We’ve proven that speed and service don’t need to be a trade-off,” said Rhonda Bryant (pictured), head of broker operations at MPowered Mortgages. “The launch of our new brand and of MPowered Max, is testament to our commitment to deliver the best possible service to brokers using the cutting edge of technology.”

“MPowered Max isn’t just a team, it’s a promise to our brokers that we’re with them, every step of the way,” added Skye Fisher, one of the new business development managers at the company. “From application tips to getting tricky cases over the line, we’re here to make their lives easier.”
