Roma Finance has also made an agreement to double the lending facility with Cambridge Building Society to grow the medium term buy-to-let proposition.
As part of its growth strategy, Roma Finance has secured new funding for its buy-to-let proposition and has appointed Emma Barker as senior underwriter.
Barker joins Roma Finance from Together, where she was for 20 years.
Roma Finance has also made an agreement to double the lending facility with Cambridge Building Society to grow the medium term buy-to-let proposition which was launched in 2019.
Roma Finance has eight different funding lines which hopes to create security in the current economic climate.
