Specialist Hub, the specialist finance broker, has been appointed to the packager panel of buy-to-let specialist lender, Fleet Mortgages.
Specialist Hub’s lending portfolio includes commercial and semi-commercial, regulated and unregulated bridging, specialist buy-to-let, invoice and stock finance, and residential first and second secured loans.
As a result of this new agreement, Specialist Hub will now be able to package cases for Fleet Mortgages which offers buy-to-let mortgages across three core ranges: standard, limited company/LLP and HMOs/multi-unit blocks.
