The Later Life Academy (LLA), the commercial and training organisation for later life advisers, has appointed more 2 life, equity release lender, more 2 life as its eighth ambassador.

The Academy will work with more 2 life to help develop a range of equity release-based materials and resources for advisers, plus a range of corporate and commercial benefits
Stuart Wilson, managing partner at the Later Life Academy, said: “Across the AIR Group we have worked with the team at more 2 life for some time, and it therefore seems an obvious choice to make this innovative lender our eighth Ambassador.
“For many of our adviser members, equity release is a core and fundamental part of their offering and having more 2 life on board will help us to develop further our resources in this area, plus we’ll be able to generate commercial benefits as well.
“The Academy continues to grow in both number and influence and we are highly ambitious both in a business sense, and to ensure that advisers make the most of the later life opportunity that exists.”
The LLA was launched in 2014 and offers later life advisers access to training and sales support designed to improve knowledge and increase business levels across product areas such as equity release, long-term care and annuities
Wilson added: “Our recent National Later Life Adviser National Conference showed the high levels of interest in equity release and later life lending but also the range of other needs for those either close to, or in, retirement.
“Working with more 2 life helps us forge ahead, present a quality lender to our members, and to continue our focus on helping advisers down the right later life pathways.
