Both hires will report to Fleet's national sales manager Graham Le Bas.
Fleet mortgages has appointed two new business development managers (BDMs).
Jacqui Simmons joins Fleet as a senior BDM for the South East, and has previously worked at Magellan Homeloans and Castle Trust.
Katy Williams joins as BDM for the Midlands having worked in the mortgage market for seven years.
