Specialist provider to the over 55s KR Group has appointed Georgina Callaghan as group director of change.
She was most recently in her role as senior programme manager for The Co-op where she led the operating model transformation.
At the KR Group, Callaghan will take accountability for thegroup change function scheduling and resourcing the projects across Key, more 2 life and thegroup.She will manage the delivery of the change portfolio. Callaghan will report directly to Dave Johnson, chief digital officer.

Callaghan’s career has spanned the digital transformation of Auto-Trader, the international roll out of Barclays Digital payments platform and management consulting at PwC which included simplifying the administration of Lehman Brothers in the UK.
