The lender has also slashed its 65% LTV 3-year fix to 1.58%, its 85% LTV 2-year fix to 1.52% and its 85% LTV 3-year fix to 1.85%, all with a £995 fee.
Yorkshire Building Society has cut its 65% loan-to-value 2-year fix to 1.16% with a £1,495 product fee.
The lender has also slashed its 65% LTV 3-year fix to 1.58%, its 85% LTV 2-year fix to 1.52% and its 85% LTV 3-year fix to 1.85%, all with a £995 fee.
