Kensington Mortgages enhances Professionals range

Kensington Mortgages has announced enhancements to its Professionals product range and the launch of new 95% loan-to-value (LTV) special rates.

The specialist lender has removed the maximum age limit of 40 at application for its Professionals mortgages, allow more eligible borrowers, including chartered accountants, actuaries, barristers, commercial pilots, dentists, doctors, and solicitors, to benefit from the product’s enhanced affordability.

Kensington’s Professionals range includes up to 90% LTV, with both two- and five-year fixed-rate options, and is available for both purchase and remortgage customers. Eligible borrowers can borrow up to six times their income, subject to overall affordability.

In addition, Kensington is introducing two 90% LTV special rates for its Professionals customers. These include a two-year fixed rate at 7.19% with no fee and a five-year fixed rate at 6.79% with no fee.

The lender is also offering new 95% LTV special rates, which come with £1,000 cashback, free valuation, and no fees. These include a two-year fixed rate at 7.69%, a three-year fixed rate at 7.39%, and a five-year fixed rate at 7.19%.
