Now ending on 31 January 2008, the scheme pays up to an additional £1,000 per completion for products from the core range of 10 lenders including 3mc exclusives.
Doug Hall, deputy managing director said: “To date, the scheme has been a success. A number of product categories from the panel of 10 lenders will qualify, including prime buy to let schemes.
"For each completion and in addition to the 3mc enhanced procuration fees for online submission we will pay additional amounts of £1,000 for advances of £500,000 or more, £500 for advances between £300,000 and £500,000 and £200 for advances between £150,000 and £300,000.
"The additional amount will be paid direct to the intermediary."
