Highlights include:
- 2 year fixed rate mortgages from 5.14% and 5 year fixed rate mortgages from 5.24%
- For customers applying for a mortgage via a branch or by telephone, arrangement fees have been reduced by £100 for a 2 year fixed rate at 5.24%; 2 year tracker rate at 4.79% and the Flexible Plus 'Deal for Life' mortgage at 5.24%.
- Introduction of two 6-month fixed rate mortgages from 4.79% with NO early repayment charge. The arrangement fee can also be added to the loan.
