Davies will be based in the challenger bank’s Wilmslow and Peterborough Head Office and will oversee residential, commercial and property development operations.
He will report to James Radford, group operations director.
Davies said: “I’m delighted to have the opportunity to own the operational strategy across the mortgage division for Aldermore.
“I will ensure we adopt a strategy of driving best practice, delivering more efficient processes and enhancing the customer experience.”
Davies will oversee the long-term strategy of mortgage operations including processes, best practice and leadership development.
Radford, Aldermore Bank group operations director, added: “I’m delighted with the appointment of Jason as Operations Director, I have no doubt that his considerable experience will stand him in good stead.”
