The system will enable Allhip to deliver accurate HIPs quickly, in electronic or printed format, to estate agents, solicitors and consumers.
The Quest HIP system also allows the Allhip in-house Home Inspectors to generate the required Energy Performance Certificates, and Home Condition Report for its premium HIP product, and integrate the completed reports into each HIP.
Ben Wood, director of Allhip, commented: “Quest’s HIP technology provides us with everything we need to be able to provide a high quality service offering to our clients. Not only does it quickly collate the required contents of each pack, but it allows customers to track the progress of their case online, providing complete transparency.
“We opted to work with Quest, as the company has an excellent reputation in the industry for delivering proven tools and we liked the fact that the technology is tried and tested. Currently we are using the system to generate a slim version of the HIP, which we are offering to estate agents and solicitors for free. We will then move to providing full packs when 1 June arrives.”
Adds Tom Parker, managing director, Quest Associates, said: “Allhip was pleased that the Energy Performance reports created by its in-house Home Inspectors were able to be fully integrated with the Quest HIP system. They also liked the fact that the completed pack could then be supplied both electronically and as a professional printed document to its customers.”
Allhip currently provides its HIPs products to property professionals and consumers in and around Yorkshire, Humberside, Teeside and North Lincolnshire.
