The 3-Year Self-Certification Discount range comprises:
Up to 75% LTV – 1.5% discount off variable rate until 31.01.07 – current rate 4.09%
Up to 85% LTV – 1.25% discount off variable rate until 31.01.07 – current rate 4.34%
Up to 90% LTV – 1% discount off variable rate until 31.01.07 – current rate 4.59%
Mike Perry, head of sales and marketing at Amber Homeloans Limited, commented, "We are delighted to have been able to increase the discount on our discounted self-certification mortgages, whilst at the same time removing the arrangement fees on these products.
