According to Pink's national networks manager, Paula Purdy, the AR's triumph is testament to the fact that diversifying can help brokers give their income streams and instant boost.
She said Giles' success was proof that brokers should not close their mind to a client’s needs even if it doesn’t fit the normal criteria of some high street lenders.
Giles from Rightmortgage4me, said: “I was hesitant at first, simply because I had never done any commercial business before, but it proved to be an extremely efficient and reliable process.”
Neil Hoare, associate director, proposition development at Pink added: “If recent industry figures are anything to go by, the number of brokers looking at the commercial sector is increasing in light of the volatility of the current residential mortgage market.
