They are already speaking to a couple of people who are in dispute with a UK insurer and are very keen to speak to either independent financial advisers or their clients from anywhere in the country who are experiencing or have experience of similar problems.
They are intending to inform the public about the market in a sensible way, and raise awareness about the difference between different points of sale (i.e. between independent advisers andcorporate salesmen). They are very keen not to tar the whole industry with the same brush.
