With over 5,500 licensed users nationwide, D@shboard software supplied by Nereus Infotek Ltd, is the UK’s leading web based mortgage processing system offering real-time case tracking and linking into 3rd party software such as Trigold. BDS brokers will now be able to access the BDS system 24/7 to gain an update on any cases submitted with them. To promote this even more, BDS have developed a standardised glossary of D@shboard terminology so any comments and issues can be picked up, understood and dealt with.
Southampton based Meridian Home Loans were involved in the pre-launch pilot and now submit a sizeable portion of their BDS business using D@shboard. Managing Director Kevin Nugent comments: “In the two months we have been using the system, it has certainly proved its worth in the day-to-day monitoring of our cases. The time we used to spend simply checking whether our team at BDS had received a case and what actions were due to take place on it can now be spent more productively, helping our team focus instead on the cases that need that little bit of extra attention.” He continues, “We've seen an improvement in turnaround time on the processing of our cases too and being able to give a client an up to the minute update certainly gives you the competitive edge.”
BDS plan to roll-out full online submission in the forthcoming months and will notify brokers in due course.
