This announcement builds upon the previous announcements made concerning Mike Cleary, Executive Director of Berkeley Berry Birch plc (BBB) and CEO of the Group’s Financial Services Division; John Joyce, Non Executive Director of BBB and Nicholas Davenport, Executive Director of BBB and CEO of the Group’s Insurance Division.
The new appointments announced today are a significant expansion of the senior management team to drive the future development of the business.

New appointments:
Steve Conley joins as Head of Product Development. Berkeley Berry Birch believes that not all client needs can be met from what is available in the marketplace and Steve’s responsibilities will include development of gap filling innovative solutions to BBB’s product range including WRAP and SIPP products.

Dale Knight joins as Director of Mortgages his immediate challenge will be to look into opportunities for developing the mortgage proposition offered by Berkeley Berry Birch.
Commenting Dale said: “I have made a positive decision in joining Berkeley Berry Birch at such an exciting time for the mortgage market. It will be a great challenge joining Berkeley Berry Birch and developing additional mortgage propositions within the company’s structure.”
Carey Shakespeare joins as Group Marketing Director and will be responsible for the communications and marketing strategies for both the Financial Services and General Insurance divisions of Berkeley Berry Birch.
