The bridging lender has been based in its current location for the past 20 years. It started by occupying two floors of its current eight storey building with 25 staff and now fully occupies the seven available floors with 340 staff.
The recently refitted building claims to have 60% more space than the current building.
Blemain insists it will continue to operate out of Greater Manchester as it has done for the past 40 years.
Marc Goldberg, commercial director at Blemain, said: “We are very excited about the move. We have outgrown our current premises and need more space. Lake View at Cheadle Royal offers this extra space and all the new modern office facilities associated with it. It also allows room for expansion in the future”.
