Specialist lender Bluestone Mortgages has revealed the launch of a fees-free product range.
The range will be available across all of the lender’s standard residential, Right to Buy, Help to Buy and buy-to-let product ranges.
The product range benefits from no application, valuation or arrangement fee. Rates start from 4.65% with a maximum loan-to-value (LTV) of 85%, and will be available on a 2-, 3-and 5-year fix as well as on variable rates.
Reece Beddall, sales and marketing director of Bluestone Mortgages, said: “At a time when many customers are feeling a squeeze on their finances, we’re excited to launch our fees-free product range.
