Chris Brown and Leigh Church have joined Phil Rickards' team, Brown taking on responsibility for the North and Church the central region.
Brown worked for BM Solutions until 2006 as BDM for the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire region, most recently covering the same area for TMB. Church moves to BM from his position as head of sales at Legal and General's Mortgage Club.
Ian Bradshaw is to retain responsibility for the South and Melanie Knight continues to lead the team of business development consultants in Cardiff.
Phil Rickards, head of sales said: "It's fantastic to complete the line up and be at full capacity as we head towards 2008.
