According to Matt Grayson, head of public relations at BM Solutions, the move is part of a drive to increase automation in all aspects of mortgage business.
Grayson said: “This is really just another string to our bow as far as our service offering goes. It means brokers don’t have to wait for a cheque to come through the post and then go and deposit it, they will have the cash instantly.”
He added that with 80 per cent of applications taking place online, most brokers now felt at home with technology
