Following a comprehensive survey of Tenet advisers, BM Solutions was voted as having the strongest lender proposition in its sector, with Halifax and Coventry taking second and third places respectively
National account manager, Karen Bowman, who received the award on behalf of BM Solutions, said: “We are delighted to be voted lender of the year. Five other provider awards were also made: including Halifax scooping the title of ‘General Insurance Provider of the Year’, a ‘Quality of Service’ award won by JustRetirement and ‘Provider of the Year 2012’, won for the second consecutive time by Partnership.
TenetLime managing director, Gemma Harle, added: “These awards are based on the feedback of our annual provider service standards survey, conducted with our advisers and recognise those providers who are delivering the best service, capabilities and proposition for advisers and consumers.”
In addition, five individual awards were made to advisers, covering everything from the best use of online technology to adviser of the year.
