Research carried out by the One Specialist IT Index examined how much time emailed confirmation of offers and local printing has slashed from brokers administrative burden.
- Four out of ten brokers said this service saves them 2 to 3 days per month and nearly a further one in ten respondents said that this facility can save four or more days a month.
- With over 200 intermediary responses, on average respondents believed that emailed confirmation of offers can save a substantial 1.8 days a month, nearly 10% of their time.
