Gammond has banking and bridging experience under his belt, while he joins BFS with the aim of identifying more opportunities in the property market as it recovers.
He will work with brokers, professional advisers, builders and developers, outlining the bridging process, providing lending solutions and discussing how to support clients.
Gammond said: “My background is mainly finance and I have worked in the bridging industry early on in my career.
“This sector can be incredibly fast paced and bucks the general finance trend by allowing buyers to secure money quickly and do the deal that they are looking to do.
“It’s great to be out and about again speaking to existing and potential customers, discussing their needs and considering how bridging may help them, with a cost effective and flexible product.”
Gammond will work mainly across the North, although the firm also has a national customer base with clients in the South and Scotland.
Bridging Finance Solutions is the only Financial Conduct Authority accredited bridging firm in Merseyside and one of only a handful in the North West.
