Each mortgage product now includes several options to enable customers to choose the rate and fees which best suit their needs.
All mortgages are available to first-time buyers, home movers and those looking to move their mortgage to Britannia, with the exception of the three-year fixed rate first-time buyer package. Remortgage customers also receive a free conveyancing service, including compulsory disbursements and no higher lending charge on some of the new packages.
In addition, Britannia has also launched a seven-year fixed rate mortgage with rates of 5.64 per cent and 5.79 per cent.
Tim Franklin, managing director of member business, explained: "The new range has something for everyone, whether they are looking for a fixed rate, a tracker or even a flexible mortgage. The options mean that borrowers can have more choice about the rates and the fees they want to pay.
