The deals include options which enable customers to reduce their initial set up fees.
The lowest rate five-year fixed option has a rate of 5.24 per cent and the lowest rate three-year option is fixed at 5.34 per cent.
Remortgage customers can also switch for free to a very competitive rate.

Five-year

Option 2 - a rate of 5.39 per cent arrangement fees of £399 plus a free first standard valuation.
Option 3 - a rate of 5.49 per cent, no arrangement fees and a free first standard valuation.
