He has nearly a decade of experience in the property and mortgage industries
Prime mortgage lender Butterfield Mortgages has announced the appointment of Ashley Titley (pictured) as its new relationship manager.
Titley has nearly a decade of experience in the property and mortgage industries, having served as a specialist mortgage adviser for the past five years. He started his career as a trainee mortgage adviser at a local estate agency in his hometown, later earning a CeMap qualification and becoming an independent mortgage broker.
His appointment strengthens the team at Butterfield Mortgages, which offers residential mortgages for high-net-worth individuals against prime properties in London and the South of England.
“We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional service to brokers and their high net-worth clients,” said David Gwyther, business development director at Butterfield Mortgages. “That’s only possible with the right people, and Ashley will undoubtedly fit with our ethos of going above and beyond.
“He brings a wealth of experience to our team, having spent almost a decade in the mortgage and lending sectors – this includes handling cases for portfolio landlords and more complex clients, making him the perfect fit for our tailored and flexible approach to lending.”
Commenting on his appointment, Titley said he was delighted to be joining Butterfield Mortgages at an exciting time for the business.
“Whether it’s a new purchase or a remortgage, a residential or buy-to-let application, I take pride in offering brokers and their clients a great customer journey from the mortgage application right through to completion,” he added. “I look forward to using my experience and skills to contribute to the relationship management team in the months and years ahead.”
