The products are to be replaced tomorrow and include a new two-year fix, which has an initial rate of 4.99 per cent until 1 June 2004. An early repayment penalty of 3 per cent of the amount repaid will be levied in respect of any early repayment of capital being made before the end of the fixed rate period.
