The Valuation Exchange, developed by Xit2, streamlines the valuation instruction process. If a valuation is not accepted by the surveyor within a specified timescale then it is automatically reassigned. The progress of the valuations are shown on the system so that everyone is kept up-to-date and informed.
Mark Posniak, director of sales and marketing at Cheval, said: “Bridging is a critical part of the lending chain and more and more brokers are now seeing it as a vital short-term tool in their financial toolkit. Bridging can save client transactions that would otherwise fail enabling advisors to enhance their professional reputation while boosting fee income. Our proposition is about speed and certainty and we therefore need systems which help us deliver this. We turned to Xit2 for our valuation system both for their leading edge technology but also because they share our commitment to customer service.”
Xit2 chief ecxecutive Paul Duckworth commented: “Cheval is a terrific example of a breed of lender that constantly looks at technology to deliver innovations on behalf of customers. Over the past ten years they have built an enviable reputation for service and much of this is based on a sophisticated technology platform. We’re delighted that the Xit2 system has been chosen to play such a crucial part in the process.”
