Cheval, which has seen business levels rise since it issued its Code of Conduct in October, has redesigned its website in response to market research among brokers. The new site boasts functionality such as easy to use registration, on line DIP requests, on line KFI production and a ‘call me back’ feature allowing brokers to schedule a call back at a specific time. Along with a FAQ section, specific intermediary case studies and forms library, the new website is designed to offer brokers everything they will need to do business.
Mark Posniak, Marketing Manager for Cheval said “ We have been working hard to make bridging finance more accessible to brokers. Having become the first bridging lender to join the CML earlier this year, we then launched our own code of conduct to highlight to brokers how transparent our terms and charges are. The final development was to make bridging more accessible to brokers and now they have all the tools they will need with the new website.”
