These appointments, made over the last three months, are a step towards the firm’s desired total of 40 satellites by the end of 2007, with more already in the pipeline.
All new Complete satellite packagers are subject to a full vetting process before they are appointed, to ensure that the packager’s high level of professionalism is maintained. Complete’s satellites have access to twenty of Complete’s packaged lenders, receive on going training, keep control of their cases (included credit searches and valuation), and earn increased procuration fees.
Tristan Pile, head of sales and marketing at Complete, said: “The satellite model has now stood the test of time and it is acknowledged to deliver business benefits to all parties.
“An increasing number of lenders are realising that their more established packager partners will monitor the quality of cases packaged by their satellites, and the arrangement allows the satellites to grow their businesses by having access to a wide lender panel and access to on-site underwriters for fast decisions, without losing control of their own cases.
“The host packager is able to increase the size of its own distribution which in turn attracts more packaged lenders and on-site underwriters. We are very pleased with the success our recent recruitment campaign and look forward to welcoming new satellites in future.”
